I have tried so many cakes made by Aisha and every single one is absolutely amazing! They’re so beautifully decorated and you can tell she puts her all into every cake no matter how complex! I love her cakes so much!
We absolutely loved it! A coworker of mine and myself got together to try their cake, and bring it to our job to try it out and everyone loved it. The part that we loved the most was the cookies and cream buttercream filling we just can’t get enough of it. I will definitely be placing another order with them. My family and I are cake testing since we have a big event coming up, this might just be one of our top choices! No cute pictures from our end sorry we were so ready to eat the cake completely forgot about taking pictures.
Aisha made the perfect unicorn cake with rainbow layers for my daughter’s 4th birthday. It was light, moist, absolutely delicious and you could taste that it was made with good quality ingredients. Communication was great and she was available on short notice for us. Highly recommend!
I came across Aisha’s wonderful cupcakes thanks to a local Joliet foodies page on Facebook. Placing an order was seamless. She was communicative from start to finish and was just a pleasure. I am still new to the area so I’ve been wanting to branch out and support more small locally owned businesses. Now let’s get into these tasty cupcakes. I got them for my wife and I because my wife always has a sweet tooth and I thought it would be sweet if we could indulge in some good treats together and boy did they not disappoint! We loved every flavor but my favorite has to be the almond amaretto and my wife loved the strawberry ones the most. They were so yummy and so rich omg the frosting is so amazing. Has to be the best cupcakes I’ve ever had!! My wife definitely approved and told me I should get those more often. Thank you again Aisha for being so professional and communicative. I will most certainly order more treats from you in the near future. If you needed any indication to try, please purchase a cupcake sample set like I did and I promise you will not be disappointed.
I snagged one of the special priced cakes she offers every once in awhile. It's a design she wants to create and you get to choose the flavors. I chose vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling. Delicious! The cake is dense with a great chew. Don't take that to mean dry because it's not! We all absolutely loved the moist cake and the filling was stuffed with true oreo flavor! The deal she offers is a great way to give her a try, get hooked on the goods and become a repeat customer. Can't wait to order again!
GO AHEAD AND BUY THE CAKE! Hands down the best purchase I have ever made. I ordered a birthday cake awhile ago and have been desperate to get another cake from her just because. I hardly celebrate big for valentines day with my fiance but we literally decided on getting a cake just because we both loved my birthday cake so much. Design, flavor, packaging was perfection!!! Her customer service is even better. The organization, communication, and social media advertising is the best. I was obsessed with watching caketok and thats how I found her and tbh and im totally still obsessed. Her work is fireeee!!!
I have been searching for a cake person in this area who makes not only delicious cakes but most importantly moist cakes. (Because I cannot stand a dry cake) Aisha’s cakes are supremely delicious with the perfect balance of sweetness and most importantly, incredibly MOIST cakes. I don’t know how I got so blessed by meeting Aisha at one of her stands at a farmers market and tried her cake sample. Let’s just say, it was love at first bite. She made a TMNT baby shower cake for my sister’s baby shower and everyone at the party went crazy over the cake because of how delicious it was! Not to mention how cute and adorable the cake was decorated. I also ordered her cake shooters which were beautifully done and also very delicious! I can officially say, I have found my “Cake Lady.” ♥️♥️♥️
My little Spiderman ADORED his mini chocolate cake & my husband said his red velvet cake was absolutely delicious. Both were beautiful and carefully crafted. These cakes are moist, flavorful and not TOO sweet. The Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing was getting fought over!! The chocolate cake was decadent without being overpowering in flavor, so even those who don’t usually favor chocolate cake - actually enjoyed it! The Cookies & Cream filling is probably the best I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. The baker is a joy to work with and is very communicative in the customization process to ensure you’ll be happy with your order in the end. After my experience with her, I immediately ordered with her again for my other upcoming events & was harassed by my family members for her information so they can place orders for some upcoming birthdays.
absolutely incredible cakes..I mean wow ..i ordered my first cake with Brooke’s Cakery for Valentine’s Day 26’ and I’m already trying to think of what i should do for my bday (ITS IN JUNE🤣) I ordered a chocolate cake with oreo filling and it was the best cake i’ve ever had in my life it was so moist and decadent(sometimes in my experience with oreo you can’t really taste it once it’s like mixed in but with her cakes i could taste it right away it was perfect)i literally ate half of it and im not exaggerating! The outside of the cake was beautiful as well you can really tell she takes her time with each cake it was flawlessly done 😍! I will be back 12/10!

Aisha truly is talented in her craft and her cakes are seriously worth every penny. To be a cottage bakery; she goes the extra mile at ensuring your cake is well prepared and preserved for travel. I’ve received two orders from her and I can confidently say she is my “go to girl” moving forward. Deliciousness aside her professionalism and communication really is the extra mile.
